SUMMARY
Known as shortailed whipscorpion, they are very small arachnids (typically < 1 cm) that usually live under logs, cracks in the soil or forest litter. Some are closely associated with termite nests. They are predators of a variety of litter invertebrates, although much of their ecology is unknown. They present a soft body and resemble their close relatives, the whip scorpions.
