Eugnida clavifemur
Biology:
A small species commonly found under rotting logs
Distribution:
COSTA RICA: Cartago - Irazú (Roewer 1947); Alajuela - Upala
Habitat:
Low to mid elevation forests; this species is also common in open habitats where suitable microhabitats (rotting logs) are available, such as in overgrown fields or along roadsides. This appears to spend most of its time in ground layer microhabitats (logs, leaf litter, etc).
